Dispatch Process
ALL MEMBERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO BID ONLINE for work in our 146 members section up to 9:00 a.m.
Members who choose to phone bid can call the General Office between 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. Alberta Time at: (780) 451-5992
press 1 and follow the prompts.
Dispatch commences at 9:30 a.m.
All Online and Phone Bidding Closes at 9:00 a.m.
Members can post in for jobs in person until 9:30am by coming to the Union Hall.
Non-Members can come to the Union Hall at 1:00pm for jobs that are open to All.
Journeyman and Apprentice Members
View the Job Available by clicking Member Portal Login and then Jobs Available.
Bid Online anytime between 6pm and 9am (MST).
Canadian Boilermaker Travel Cards
Click on Member Portal to Register your interest in a job on the Jobs Available. (Do not create another profile if you have worked through us before)

Travel Card Apprentices: Before you are dispatched through Lodge 146, be proactive and provide a letter from your home local’s Training Coordinator indicating your legal apprentice classification.
Caution: Any inconsistency from what an apprentice discloses to dispatch and what is sent from their Training Coordinator, will be considered falsification of level and that travel card apprentice will not be eligible for dispatch from Lodge 146 until they can provide a Red Seal Certification in their trade. Know what level you are!
