In Memory of Cyril (Bill) Franche

The International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Lodge 146 is sad to announce the passing of Brother Cyril (Bill) Franche. Brother Franche passed away on May 30, 2019, at the age of 89.  He had been a loyal member of the Boilermaker Union Lodge 146 for 50 years.

A service will be held at a later date.
