In Memory of Brother Neil Hoggan
The International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Lodge 146 is sad to announce the passing of Brother Neil G. Hoggan who passed away on February 16, 2026, at the age of 74. He had been a loyal member of the Boilermaker Union for 51 years.
A service will be announced at a later date.
